We fish the fresh trout à la minute from the pond in the garden all year around. Our sausages come from the black nose sheep farmer next to us and we bake our own sourdough bread. These just to name a few products, you will find amongst a small exciting menu. Cured meat, sausages and ham, amongst French and Swiss cheese specialities are carefully selected and plated.
Traditional dishes make the best out of local products. This is the guideline for our menu. Artisanal products and homemade goods are our go to. We try to learn from ancestors and combine their techniques into personal plates. Great coffee and drink specialities round up your lunch!
We are so easy to reach, just 5 minutes from Furri station. Enjoy a wonderful forest walk back to town on asphalted road. It takes around 30-40 minutes. Perfect for strollers, families and elderly people.
For skiers, we are on the side of the slope Nr. 42 down from Riffelberg.
Bikers paradise! After the Riffelberg flow trail, take a break at Alm and drop back into the Moos-Trail just 20 m behind the restaurant.

All our desserts are made f, daily. We are pushing a small ensemble to perfection since day one. Berries and fruits are changing with the seasons, the rest stays the same. In summer we sell "Gasparini" ice-cream.
